Hand Cutting
Each component is cut by hand using precision tools to ensure clean edges and accurate sizing across our full range, from XS to XL.
We don’t rely on laser cutters or automated machinery—just skilled hands, experience, and attention to detail.
Stitching & Finishing
Each accessory is sewn using heavy-duty thread designed for everyday use.
We reinforce every high-stress area, including buckle connections, D-ring attachments, and adjustment points, helping ensure every product is as durable as it is stylish.
Fitting the Hardware
Every buckle, D-ring, slider, and clasp is fitted by hand.
